Platinum Package
The top of line, all in, complete start to finish planning package for a wedding day that is as stress and worry free as possible.
Starting at $3,100.00
o Unlimited communication to include email, phone, text, and periodic in person meetings
o Develop and manage budget
o Develop all concept, color, décor schemes and catering details o Plan timeline to keep couples on track. We will remind you when you need certain things accomplished, such as booking certain vendors, sending out save the dates and invitations.
o Assist with venue selection(s), attend all vendor meetings, and on-site visits
o Access to and assistance with booking of our preferred vendors
o Scheduling of all appointments and meetings
o Review all vendor contracts prior to signing
o Assist with rental items if applicable, such as tables, chairs, linens, tents, heating, and coordinate drop off, set up, breakdown and pick up
o Access to all KD décor, subject to availability
• Day of Event:
o Arrive at the venue prior to all vendors and remain onsite until all details have been completed
o Ensure proper setup of venue
o Check-In all vendors
o Distribute timelines to applicable vendors
o Compile a complete timeline for your wedding day. This timeline will encompass the entire day from waking up to reception departure. Copies will be provided to you and the groom as a guide which will be placed where the parties are getting ready
o Finalize décor setup o Coordinate wedding party & ceremony
o Manage all events of the reception
o Deliver final payment(s) to applicable vendor(s), including tips
o Pack up all personal items for removal from the venue by previously designated person
Gold Package
OUR MOST POPULAR PACKAGE
The Package for the client that wants to do the planning and take care of the details.
Starting at $2,500.00
• Day of Event:
o Arrive at the venue prior to all vendors and remain onsite until all details have been completed
o Ensure proper setup of venue
o Check-In all vendors
o Distribute timelines to applicable vendors
o Finalize décor setup o Coordinate wedding party & ceremony
o Manage all events of the reception
o Deliver final payment(s) to applicable vendor(s); including tips
o Pack up all personal items for removal from the venue by previously designated person
• Upon Contract
o Unlimited communication to include email, phone, text, and periodic in person meetings
o Assist with all concepts, color, décor, and catering details
o Assist in the vendor selection process and attend vendor meetings when possible
o Multiple site visit to venue and coordination with onsite staff as needed
o Assist with pick up and return of rental items, if applicable
o Access to non-rental décor items
Silver Package
The package for the client that has everything under control but wants to enjoy their event.
Starting at $1,700.00
• Initial Consultation
• 30 days prior to event:
o KD will take over all communications with vendors
o Conduct final venue walk-thru
o Review event décor setup and catering details
o Create personalized timeline of the event including processional lineup, reception entrance, and exit
o Unlimited phone and email communications
• Day of Event:
o Arrive at the venue prior to all vendors and remain onsite until all details have been completed
o Ensure proper setup of venue
o Check-In all vendors
o Distribute timelines to applicable vendors
o Finalize décor setup o Coordinate wedding party & ceremony
o Manage all events of the reception
o Deliver final payment(s) to applicable vendor(s); including tips
